The distance healing session takes place separately from our live coaching call. At an agreed time, I will dedicate one hour to Shamanic Reiki and Chakra Balancing work on your behalf. You do not need to be on Zoom, on the phone, or actively participating. You can be reading a book, walking your dog, working in the garden, relaxing at home, or even doing the grocery shopping. Many clients choose to rest afterward and spend some time reflecting on their experience, although this is entirely optional.

Every person experiences energy work differently. Some people notice physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, relaxation, or feeling unusually calm. Others experience insights, vivid dreams, increased clarity, or simply a sense that something has shifted. Some people notice changes immediately, while others experience subtle shifts unfolding over the following days and weeks. There is no right or wrong experience.

Traditional coaching often focuses primarily on goals, action steps, accountability, and mindset. My approach combines practical coaching with intuitive insight, psychic guidance, energetic awareness, Chakra Balancing, and Shamanic Reiki healing.
